I have been coming to Chino Smiles for 12 years and let me tell you they saved my oral health!!! The staff are always ALL amazing, nice, and friendly people. I have zero complaints and I have never had an issue. I sincerely love coming here and will never go to any other dental office ever again. Dr. Eman has been my hygienist for the entire time I’ve been a patient here and she’s the absolute best at what she does and she is such a kind human being. I love that she is not only my hygienist but that we’ve created a bond! I, 1000% recommend Chino Smiles.

My anxiety skyrockets anytime I have to go to the dentist. This time, I knew I needed a deep cleaning, which required a few shots, and I was honestly mortified. Before my appointment, I spoke with Kristy, and she took the time to explain the procedure. She also let me know that nitrous was an option to help soothe my nerves during the process. When the day came, I walked in and Renee was so pleasant, kind, and reassuring. She made sure I knew I was in great hands. Once I was taken back, Kristy came in, prepped everything for the nitrous, and reassured me that everything would be okay — and it was! She was extremely gentle, understanding, and kind. I didn’t even end up needing the nitrous for the entire procedure, and that was a huge victory for me. We laughed during the appointment, and she played soothing music. No anxiety. No fear. Just comfort, care, and kindness. Thank you, Kristy and Renee, for understanding how uneasy I was feeling and for making me feel so comfortable. 👏🏾💜
