When the day came, I walked in and Renee was so pleasant, kind, and reassuring. She made sure I knew I was in great hands. Once I was taken back, Kristy came in, prepped everything for the nitrous, and reassured me that everything would be okay — and it was! She was extremely gentle, understanding, and kind. I didn’t even end up needing the nitrous for the entire procedure, and that was a huge victory for me. We laughed during the appointment, and she played soothing music. No anxiety. No fear.
